Autonomous Conveyor and Pick and Place

we developed an autonomous material handling system featuring a 6-DOF robotic arm with a 7th axis for extended reach, integrated with a smart pick-and-place mechanism. The system eliminates the need for a technician to manually load materials into the CNC machine, streamlining the workflow and reducing labor costs. An intelligent conveyor system transports product batches in sync with the robot, ensuring continuous, hands-free operation. 4-Axis CNC Machine

This custom-built 4-axis CNC machine is designed for high-speed machining of wood, polymer, and aluminum materials. Equipped with an automatic tool changer, it seamlessly switches tools to maintain continuous and efficient operation. Compared to conventional commercial CNC machines, this solution offers significantly lower costs and much faster processing speeds, making it ideal for optimized production.

Painting Cell

This advanced robotic painting system is designed for precise coating of products like doors and windows using machine vision and a 6-DOF robotic arm with a 7th axis for extended reach. The vision system accurately detects the surface area, while dual servo motors integrated into the end effector allow for detailed painting of edges, corners, and complex surfaces. This solution ensures consistent, high-quality finishes across all geometries with minimal overspray and maximum efficiency.
