Door Manufacturing
This concept design presents a fully automated production line for wooden doors, engineered for maximum efficiency and precision. The process begins with CNC machining for cutting and shaping, followed by an automated painting section that ensures consistent surface coating. After painting, the doors are transferred to a controlled drying section, completing the workflow without manual intervention. The entire system is optimized for high throughput, quality control, and minimal downtime, representing the highest standard in smart manufacturing for wood products.
Robot Palletizer
This project features a 6-DOF suspended robotic manipulator with 7th and 8th axes, designed for maximum reach and flexibility. The system performs smart, autonomous palletizing of window glass with high speed and precision. Engineered for delicate handling and fast cycle times, it streamlines the assembling process while ensuring safety and accuracy. Fance Fabrication

Machine vision guides a 6-DOF robotic arm with a 7th axis to accurately cover all surfaces, while dual servo motors on the end effector ensure precise painting of edges, corners, and complex geometries. Profile Pick and Place
This concept design presents a suspended robotic system with a customized gripper for categorizing and pick-and-place operations of PVC, wooden, and metal profiles. The robot efficiently collects batches of profiles from multiple locations and positions them for further machining, measuring, or finishing processes. Its flexible design allows seamless handling of various profile types and shapes.
